Shipping policy

Orders are typically shipped out the business day after your order. Please allow between 5-7 days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 days have passed, please email us at phozee@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not typically offer refunds, as all sales are final.  But if you have a problem with your order, please email phozee@gmail.com and we'll resolve any issues with your purchase!

In the event of a return, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

EXCHANGES

We offer replacement of any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at phozee@gmail.com.
